China Integrated Circuit Design (Group) Corp., Ltd. (CIDC) is a large-scale state-owned IC design house established in September 2003 by China Electronics Corporation (CEC) and The State Development and Investment Corporation (SDIC). It has 7 subsidiary members with about 1000 staff.
