SANY will introduce the advanced technology of machinery, electricity and hydraulic pressure from other fields for coal machinery under the support from Group, and become a leader on industrial technology. The products include integrated excavation machine, integrated coal mining machine, mining vehicle, electric machinery and so on. The SANY R&D group collects multitudinous excellent engineers in this industry, and besides, becomes one of research institutions with top scale in this industry. SANY emphasizes the design idea about “Safety, Reliability, High-Efficiency and Humanization”, takes the design goal for exceeding the example enterprise to surpass the industrial standards. SANY has applied for hundreds of national patents, thereby the births for a series of new technology and new patent drive the enterprise to reach a new level. At the beginning of 2007, SANY promoted precise manufacture fully, moreover, introduced the industrial design for coal machinery firstly in China. At the end of 2007, the first-class indoor integrated complete machine test plant was put into operation. Each equipment after assembling from the process line shall be passed the strict data adjustment, and after the uninterrupted test for 24 hours at least, and then the equipment shall be painted and put in storage, delivered to the clients at last. The electric machinery company under SANY control mainly produces 7 series 4-1850KW equipments with voltage of 380V, 660V, 1140V, 3300V, 6000V, and 10000V, such as coal cutter, conveyor, excavator, emulsion pump, fan and YB high voltage, etc. and more than 400 sorts of Explosion-proof Three-phase Induction Motors, in which DS2B-40 motor was awarded national silver medal. The service is one of central competitive power of SANY, therefore, “All for Clients” is kept firmly in SANY’s staff minds all the time, and SANY advances the service idea that is “All problems are undertook by SANY”. Scores of service network points and spare parts centers run through each large-sized coal producing area in the whole country, and each service point is built near to mine area. The system of “Green Passageway” guarantees the spare parts and service engineer to come the site without any requirements in time. On Sep. 28, 2007, the largest manufacturing base of coal machine with field of thousands mou and capital investment of RMB 1.0 Billion Yuan at home-----SANY HEAVY EQUIPMENT INDUSTRIAL GARDEN was started to build, and put into operation in 2008. During 3-5 years in the future, SANY will be ranked on the international top coal machinery manufacturing enterprise, and become the best equipment supplier and symbolic enterprise in the coal machinery industry in China, so the products of SANY will replace the import goods completely.
